Mayor Rose Sanders needs your help in locating her son, Stephen Sanders. Stephen’s been missing for six months now. He was last seen on August 22nd, 2024.

He’d visited his girlfriend at the University of South Carolina in Columbia. She stated Stephen left her dorm around 10 p.m. that night and was headed home to Stone’s Throw. No one has seen him since.

Mayor Sanders held a press conference today and she had this to say.

“Please, if anyone knows where Stephen is, please contact us,” Mayor Sanders said. “Stephen, please come home. Please know you are loved and missed dearly.”

Mayor Sanders continued while trying to hold back tears, “However, if someone is holding my son against his will or is responsible for his disappearance, just know we will find you and justice will be served.”
